​LIMITED WARRANTY REPAIR

REPLACEMENT POLICY

All ARA ROBOTICS INC. (hereinafter the “Seller”) Products are covered by its Limited Warranty Repair or Replacement Policy (hereinafter LWRRP) that includes a 100 % repair or replacement warranty for 6 months from the date of shipment by the Seller. Full warranty terms and conditions can be found in section 8 of The Terms and Conditions of Quotation and Sale, and within the present LWRRP.

 

LWRRP – RMA

If the Buyer notifies the Seller in writing that a Product is defective, and the Seller finds that this Product is still under warranty, Seller will attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem by telephone or email. Seller may direct Buyer to download and install software updates. If the problem cannot be resolved over the telephone or through the application of software updates, Seller will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The Seller will only accept returns bearing the RMA number issued by the Seller for this Product.

When returning a Product, the Buyer must ensure that the Seller’s issued RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Any returned Product must be packed with care, using preferably bubble wrap and a solid cardboard box. Do not use loose Styrofoam packaging (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts), as this can damage electronics. Buyers must include the whole Product and parts (if applicable).

 

Any return sent without a RMA number will be rejected and will be shipped back to the Buyer at its own expense. Returns will only be processed if the RMA number issued by the Seller is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

 

Seller’s warranty terms are such that RMA Products covered under this LWRRP will be repaired and if in the opinion of the Seller, the RMA Product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

 

The applicable warranty period for any Products repaired or replaced pursuant to this LWRRP shall be the time remaining in the original Product limited warranty.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of Product(s) returned to the Seller. The Buyer is advised to insure Products being returned as they are responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. As soon as possible, given the possible delays on the part of its suppliers, Seller will ship the replacement or repaired Product to the Buyer, at Seller’s expense.

​30-DAY RETURN AND

REFUND POLICY

Buyers who buy a Product directly from ARA Robotics (hereinafter the “Seller”) can return it to the Seller up to 30 days from the date of delivery, for a refund of the Product purchase price (less restocking fees as noted below). Full return and refund terms and conditions can be found in section 9 of The Terms and Conditions of Quotation and Sale, and within the present 30-day Return and Refund Policy.

 

1.RMA

To avail of this 30-day Return and Refund Policy, Buyers must notify Seller in writing and obtain from Seller a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

PLEASE NOTE: The 30-day period granted to the Buyer is calculated from the date on which the Seller has delivered the Products to the carrier. The return of a Product will be authorized, and a refund will be granted only if the Buyer’s written notice is received by the Seller within the said 30-day period.

Returns will only be processed if the RMA number issued by the Seller is clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Any return sent without a RMA number will be rejected and will be shipped back to the Buyer at its own expenses.

All returned Products must be in “like new” condition and complete with all packaging and accessories (if applicable), otherwise a 15 % restocking fee (calculated on the purchase price) will apply and will be deducted from the refund. Buyers are advised to insure Products being returned as they are responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.

 

2. SHIPPING TERMS

The Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of Product(s) returned to the Seller.

 

3. REFUND

If the conditions in sections 1 and 2 of this policy are met, the Seller, within five (5) business days of the date of reception of the returned Product, will refund the purchase price of the returned Product (s) to Buyer (with taxes if charged), less the 15 % restocking fee, if applicable. The refund mode will be the same as the one used when paying the order.
