New Tactical Flight Coordination System for the CED
Challenge
CED required an advanced RPAS test range for Qualia, with needs for exact 3D aircraft positioning, dynamic routing, and detailed flight surveillance.
Solution
Teaming up with OneSky, ARA Robotics integrated a versatile UTM beacon with OneSky's UTM software, streamlining drone operations. This system simplifies multi-vehicle routing and links surveillance tools, like ARA's RTK GPS Beacon, offering a comprehensive 4D airspace view.
Accuracy: Real-time centimeter-level tracking.
Connectivity: 4G/LTE and 2.4 GHz radio frequency integration.
Routing: Real-time flight path adjustments.
Surveillance: Complements RTK GPS Beacon and additional assets.
Results
The system precisely tracks RPAS in real-time, ensuring secure and efficient RPAS functions at Qualia through the UTM beacon and OneSky.
